What a joke!!!
Don't waste your time, this app is a joke and gives you a few "teaser" recipes to try to get you to pay for the full app for $5. This is hardly a diet and the people giving this garbage app more then 1 star are the creators of this pathetic app. No go, of you download you'll just be deleting it anyway.

Admittedly, there are some great looking recipes in this app but I'm a die-hard high protein, strictly controlled carbs eater from way back so I hope there's a "The Low Carbs Lovers Diet" or "The High Protein Lovers Diet" app on the immediate horizon. Although I won't get through most of these heavy (for me) carb recipes, the Tracker feature will be very useful and I really like the detailed nutritional information that accompanies each recipe -- I've been able to find a couple low "clean carb" recipes to for splurging because of it: the Smoked Salmon & Avocado Hand Rolls and the Warm Pear with Cinnamon Ricotta.
Overall, this is a very helpful, well designed app and I like have to give major kudos to Time Home Entertainment for living up to their promise of 30 great recipes in this free version with the option to upgrade (in-app). I'm fed up with developers of recipe apps promising a handful of good recipes in their free/lite version only to find absolute rubbish so WELL DONE...you earned it!!

I have been hearing a lot about the CarbLovers diet recently in the media, so I wanted to check out the app before I purchased the book. I've been playing with this app all afternoon and so far I love it! It's easy to use and the recipes and photos look AH-mazing! I can't wait to test out some of the dessert recipes and I've never tried quinoa but I'm definitely going to give it a try if it's a good for you as they claim. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to cave in now and get a copy of the book!
